This environmental impact report has been prepared in accordance with current legislative requirements with Section 97 of the South Australian Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000 and Regulation 10 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Regulations 2013. It addresses Banjo Energy’s proposed seismic operations within Petroleum Exploration License’s (PEL) 182 in the Cooper Basin, South Australia and has been prepared to assess potential impacts within these licenses and in particular in the Coongie Lakes Special Management Zones (Controlled Access Zone and Walk-In Zone) where certain restrictions for petroleum activities apply.
