14 cored holes have intersected copper mineralization in shaley facies of the Woocalla Dolomite, and extending up into dark claystone at the base of the Whyalla Sandstone. The mineralised rocks occupy a shallow depression in the post-Pandurra erosion surface. The mineralised zone averages about 3 metres in thickness. Using an arbitrary 1% Cu cut-off grade, the drilling has indicated about 800 000 tonnes of material averaging 1.98% Cu. An INPUT-delineated feature suggests that mineralization extends for about 1 km in a west-northwest direction.
