Geological mapping plus minor soil sampling and IP surveying carried out over the Kokatarra Shear Zone located near Pine Ridge, 23 km east of Kenmore Park Homestead, defined IP and geochemical anomalies lying adjacent to this structure. Test diamond drilling (2 holes for a total penetration of 205.7 m) encountered only pyrite disseminated within basic granulites, that is present in quantities sufficient to account for the geophysical anomalism. No zone of secondary copper enrichment was found.
