Five semi-detailed gravity traverses run over a 2 mGal regional anomaly on EL 186 near Pandurra Homestead have indicated that the residual smaller anomalies are probably related to basic igneous intrusions and volcanic flows, rather than to the changed thickness / disposition of Pandurra Formation. No structures of economic interest were identified. A small amount of detailed gravity coverage was acquired over the Windabout prospect aeromagnetic anomaly 'A' on EL 199, to support a decision on where to drill a deep test hole seeking stratiform type copper mineralisation. Detailed ground magnetics and gravity were acquired on a 10 km x 10 km grid within EL 534 at Illeroo, west of Port Augusta, in Nov.-Dec. 1979, as part of a search for possible Mount Gunson or Olympic Dam type deposits. No evidence of structures suggestive of either of these targets was found, with only small gravity high closures present in the west and north-west.
