TARGET: Primarily copper sulphides, using various geological models, with lead-zinc of secondary interest. New operator NBH sought to identify more difficult targets beneath deeper cover than had been addressed in previous exploration by WMC. EXPLORATION: . An aerial EM (INPUT) and magnetic survey was flown by Geoterrex in February 1975 (altitude: 122 m; N-S flight line interval: 300 m; survey coverage 1404 line km) . Electrode array IP, resistivity, ground magnetic and gravity surveys on reconnaissance and detailed grids (600 line km) . Auger drilling for bedrock geochemical samples (20,000 holes) . Diamond and percussion drilling (112 holes totalling 26,000 m) . Geological mapping of float and outcrop.
