Notes: Those WMC coal exploration holes drilled in South Australia's South-East region originally had hole name prefixes 'SANR' (= South Australia / NARACOORTE 250k mapsheet area) assigned to them [as has been written on the geophysical log headers by WMC personnel at the time of drilling]. However, the drillhole naming was later changed during the mid-1980s to the use of a 'SE' (South-East) prefix; the change was applied by WMC both retrospectively to holes that had already been completed, and in their ongoing report writing mentioning all newly drilled holes.
