TARGET: Archaean greenstone-hosted gold, hypothermal iron and base metals, and Olympic Dam style mineralisation within an area located about 170 km north-west of Tarcoola. EXPLORATION: Regional and follow-up soil sampling (253 samples), geological mapping of possible Proterozoic contact metamorphic skarn-type Pb mineralisation in the vicinity of Lochaline Camp, and ground magnetic and gravity surveys over a prospective magnetic complex defined to the north of Wynbring Rocks. RESULTS: No significant mineralisation was disclosed by mapping, and the geochemical results downgraded the 9 mGal gravity anomaly discerned at Track prospect.
