Plant fossils from 4 localities in Hadden Downs and Needle Hill areas are described. Fossils in the area are sparse and usually fragmented, and all those described were found near the top of the lower shales, mudstones and sandstones which underlie a widespread white felspathic sandstone horizon. Concludes that the fossils show Mesozoic rather than Tertiary affinities, supporting Cretaceous age of strata. (R.L. Jack). 11 diagrams of specimens.
