Comprises details of the operations, field acquisition, results and interpretation of the seismic survey. A total of 530 miles of single-fold and 3-fold CDP stack was shot and integrated with previous seismic recorded on the Yorke Peninsula and Adelaide Plains. Results broadly confirmed structural trends indicated by previous gravity and aeromagnetic surveys. Post-Cambrian sediments thicken to the SE obtaining a maximum interpreted thickness of 3-4000'. The principal Cambrian reflector has been mapped on the basis of an internal unconformity recorded in Edithburg 1 and Stansbury Town 1; the Cambrian section appears to thicken considerably into the centre of the gulf where the unconformity disappears.
