Comprises details of the operations, field acquisition, results and interpretation of the seismic survey. A total of 182 miles of seismic CDP data was recorded. The survey aimed to improve the quality of previous data and to investigate deeper reflections. The concurrent gravity survey was carried out to aid interpretation of seismic data and to help delineate areas for further exploration (see App. 4). Slight turnover on some lines may warrant additional investigation. Probable closure and a potential reservoir for hydrocarbons could exist at the intersection of lines LAF and LAG. More detailed work in the southern area may find some highly prospective inliers of Permian section. The gravity low in the area of Line LAC has been shown to not be indicative of thicker section as previously surmised.
