AIM:This 24-fold semi-detailed survey of parts of Shell's deepwater Great Australian Bight exploration acreage was designed to gather good quality seismic reflection data to further define, classify and explain already identified offshore structural features, plus augment the inventory of potentially drillable prospects in EPPs 6, 10 and 11.METHODS: Survey dates: 25/10 - 10/11/74. Energy source: Tuned airgun array. CDP coverage: 2400%. Recording mode: 48 channel digital - Texas Instruments DFS III recorder. SP interval: 66.7 metres, group interval: 66.7 metres.28 lines totalling 981 line km of reflection seismic profiling (337 km in EPP 6, 130 km in EPP 10, and 514 km in EPP 11) were acquired by Geophysical Service International Party 931 using the M/V Eugene McDermott II, and were processed in Sydney by GSI Party 3854.
