Adelaide Energy Ltd contracted Terrex Seismic Pty Ltd to record the 2008 Wakefield 2D Seismic Survey during September-October 2008. The survey was designed to better define selected structural leads and prospects identified during a previous reinterpretation of existing data. The location of the survey was in PEL 218 but also covered portions of PEL 105 held by Austin Exploration Ltd. The survey comprised 37 lines over 312 km. 93.4 km was recorded in PEL 105 and 219 km was recorded in PEL218. The PEL 105 program was located approximately 60kn NW of Innamincka while the PEL218 program was both north and south of the Coopers Ck adjacent to the township of Innamincka. Acquisition parameters were Group Interval of 35 meters and a VP Interval of 35m for maximum CDP coverage of 90 fold stack. A total of 51 new upholes were recorded in PEL218. All data was processed by WesternGeco in Adelaide.
