Santos Ltd contracted Terrex Seismic Pty Ltd to record the 2014 Jacenza 3D Seismic Survey during July 2014 – August 2014. The primary objectives of the survey were to provide continuous seismic coverage of the Patchawarra trough, allowing for improved resolution and attribute analysis in order to reduce the risk in identified drilling opportunities in this largely stratigraphic play prospect. The location of the survey was approximately 40kms north west of Moomba in PEL 513 and 632. Total surface covered by this survey was 329km2. Source lines and receiver lines were spaced 400 metres apart. Acquisition parameters were Group Interval of 50 meters and a VP Interval of 50m for maximum CDP coverage of 81 fold stack. No upholes were recorded for the survey. All data was processed by Global Geophysical, Denver, Colorado.
