The Roswell Micro-Seismic survey was a surface monitoring array comprising a start shaped array of 10 lines with station spacing of 25m arranged radially around the Roswell 2 drill hole. This array was so designed to monitor micro-seismic events triggered by fracture stimulation activities in the horizontal section of the Roswell 2 drill hole focusing on the Roseneath Shale. It was anticipated that results would assist in the understanding of fracture geometry in this area and also to confirm that the surface monitoring technique is a viable cost effective approach to monitor and assess micro-seismic events. Micro Seismic Inc. of Houston processed the data.
