1017 line kms of 120 and 240 channel 60 fold seismic high quality data were interpreted and incorporated with pre-existing seismic and well data to better define structural leads identified from the 1983 programme. 3 areas of major interest were defined (Koala, Terrace and Immature prospects) and 10 seismic horizons were interpreted, of which 4 were prospective. The levels mapped included horizons of Early Cretaceous age and the Tertiary target Cenomanian Platypus Formation. Structures observed in 2 of 3 detailed areas, although heavily fault-dependent, were adequately defined to evaluate prospectivity. The third area requires further seismic data to mature structures mapped and to investigate older targets.
