Comprises details of the operations, field acquisition, processing, results and interpretation of the seismic survey. Recording began in November 1985 and ended in October 1986. A total of 3435 km of multifold data was recorded over 12 farmout blocks, and an additional 121 km over four producing fields and the Dilchee structure. Apart from 54 km of dynamite shooting over Lake Eyre, Vibroseis was used as the energy source. Primary objectives were to mature prospects for drilling, develop new leads and, in areas where there was limited or no seismic coverage, provide reliable information for further basinal studies. Separate geophysical interpretation reports were produced for each block, given area or prospect and contain a detailed discussion of the geology of the area, the existing geophysical information, the mapping technique used, and the results of the survey. Overlapping results from the Hogarth and Morphett seismic surveys are included in these reports. Herein are: Murta Block (Muteroo Area); Murta Block (Koree-Thurakinna Area); Toolachee Block (Tarwonga Area); Murta Block (Padulla Area); Murta Block (Thurakinna Field); Patchawarra Southwest Block (Southwest Region, Munchena-Mollichuta Areas); Murta Block (Kopi-Merinda Area); Murta Block (Warra-Pintari Area); Murta Block (Keena-Spencer Area); Patchawarra Central Block (Patchawarra Flank Area); Moomba Block (Wadrinna/Selwyn, Moomba North Flank Areas); Murta Block (Barra-Karina Area); Haddon Block (East Haddon Block Area); Haddon Block (Haddon Downs Area); Dalhousie Block (Regional); Mulka Block (Mulapula, Mulkarra, Warrandinna Areas; indexed separately; available on microfiche); Nappacoongee-Murteree Block (Mandora Area).
