Contains the results of a pilot (for the Otway Basin) amplitude versus offset seismic velocity study by the Terra Linda Group of San Alsemo, California, using traverses which encompassed Katnook 1 as a datum point, plus results of special core analysis (SCAL) and sedimentary petrology / scanning electron microscopy studies of Eumeralla Formation gas reservoir rock samples. Properties investigated included core porosity and permeability at ambient and overburden conditions, absolute grain density, clay mineralogy by XRD, cationic exchange capacity (CEC), formation factor and resistivity index, capillary pressure behaviour, and mineralogy and paragenetic / diagenetic relationships of the sample matrix and pore-fill.
