TARGET: Uranium in Tertiary sediments. EXPLORATION: 56 rotary drillholes for a total of 31,690 feet. All drillholes were geophysically logged. Samples from selected water bores were analysed for radon and uranium. RESULTS: All drillholes ended in Tertiary sediments. Cainozoic sediments were found to have a westerly dip. Anomalous gamma radiation was detected in three areas in the western and southwestern parts of the tenement.
