Report discusses the detailed geology and setting of secondary copper mineralisation revealed by two shallow depth shafts and a small drive which have historically exploited thin hornblende - rich ironstone-quartz reefs. Sampling of ore dumps, shaft walls and the surrounding granite gneiss wallrock yielded best values of 4.6% Cu and 15 ppm Ag. The author recommends performing ground magnetic and VLF electromagnetic surveys to try to define the mineralised zones.
