Pit face sampling and the drilling of a 347 foot diamond drill hole were completed at the Kirkeeks Treasure Mine. The drill hole DDK1 failed to intersect lode material. The most optimistic view of the prospect is that potential exists in the quartzite for a small quantity of marginally economic gold bearing quartz-pyrite material.
