In the first full year of operation of the water treatment plant, the return of treated water to Dawsley Creek has diluted the acid-mine-drainage which is still reaching the creek.  - Rehabilitation of Brukunga pyrites mine. July 1981 to June 1982. ystematic sampling of water from Dawsley Creek and within the mine area to provide a database to permit comparison of the effects of various pollution control schemes constructed by the EWS.
