Exploration for possible stratabound base metal deposits, hosted within Adelaidean rocks overlapping an inferred shallow basement high that had been modelled as present to the west of the Torrens Fault, was not progressed after a re-interpretation of aeromagnetic and newer SADME gravity data showed that the source of the target magnetic anomalies is more likely to lie at more than 1 km depth.
