In accordance with sections 61 and 63 of the Hydrogen and Renewable Energy Act 2023, a licensee, including an applicant of a licence, is required to undertake consultation on a proposed environmental impact report and statement of environmental objectives. This consultation is specific to the assessment of the activities proposed and is separate to the proponent’s general engagement and consultation activities.
