Three foundation test holes were drilled for the Highways and Local Government Department at the site of the proposed bridge over the Wilmot Drain on Reedy Creek - Hatherleigh Main Road at Section 103, Hd. of Conmurra. Drilling was carried out during the period 15/2/54-19/2/54 inclusive, by a percussion drilling plant, and samples at change of strata collected down to about 54 ft. in each hole.
