A low grade sample of asbestos bearing material from the Robertstown district was treated by wet classification and flotation to yield asbestos for industrial tests. The product appears to be suitable for heat insulation and as a paint filler. An orebody, suitable for open cut working, of at least 250,000 tons averaging five per cent recoverable asbestos appears to be necessary to support a commercial operation.
