Kaditcha Rock and "Helene Reef" are discontinuous olongated craggy hillocks of ferruginous Wilpena Group sandstone and chart on the southern limb of a north east trending syncline. Outcrops are too small, and grade too low to be of economic interest as a source of ironstone. Spectrographic analyses have shown that no other metals are present, except as trace elements.
