In March 1964 a resistivity survey was performed in the Polda Basin to determine the depths to the water table in an area of three square miles approximately 26 miles west of Lock. Although the field methods used produced unreliable results, it is felt that reliable results can be obtained with the Schlumberger method. Further work is recommended.
