During the period June to September 1965, 25 million gallons per day of effluent will become available for disposal from the Bolivar Treatment Works. By 1981 this quantity will rise to approximately 40 million gallons per day over the same period....

During the period June to September 1965, 25 million gallons per day of effluent will become available for disposal from the Bolivar Treatment Works. By 1981 this quantity will rise to approximately 40 million gallons per day over the same period. One method of disposal which has been suggested is the possibility of artificially recharging the Tertiary aquifers in the vicinity of Virginia.
