Steeply east-dipping jaspilite beds, with a thickness of between 200 feet and 400 feet, could contain 9 to 22 million tons per 100 vertical feet of coarse-grained, slightly magnetic iron oxides. Surface samples average 39.1 % acid soluble Fe. Aeromagnetic data show no anomaly over the jaspilite. A dip needle profile shows a small peak. One diamond drill hole approximately 400 feet long is proposed to test the deposit.
