A syncline containing regionally metamorphosed Precambrian magnetite-jaspilite and amphibolite beds was tested by two inclined diamond drill holes. OD 1, drilled 365 ft. to test the eastern flank, intersected four beds of jaspilite aggregating 86 ft. averaging 10-15% iron oxides. OD 2, drilled 371 ft. to test the western flank, intersected one bed of jaspilite 143.5 ft. thick averaging 10-15% iron oxides. Petrological, mineragraphic, specific gravity and susceptibility determinations were made on the core. This report completes the investigation.
