Mapping of amphibolite outcrop and float indicates that there is in excess of 100,000 cubic yards of material possibly suitable for screenings. Gravels and clays may obscure material which would substantially increase these reserves. Two diamond drill holes aggregating 200 feet intersected predominantly unweathered tough amphibolite. Core was sent to the Highways and Local Government Department for testing.
