Geophysical surveys made in the Mount Coffin diapir area show the presence of anomalous zones indicative of sulphide mineralisation. The more intensive anomalies are, however, believed to be due to pyritic shales. Geochemical anomalies within the diapir have associated small induced polarisation anomalies which should be further investigated by drilling. A suitable location for one drillhole has been chosen.
