Recent wagon drilling in the Lyndhurst Diapir has outlined four areas of low grade copper and one of lead-zinc mineralisation. One of these areas, South Breccia, requires further investigation for copper by diamond drilling. Copper mineralisation within the diapir appears related to the intrusion of diorite plugs. Further geological investigation of these diorites is recommended.
