Isolated seismic refraction probes over S.M.L. 315 east of. Pernatty Lagoon revealed refractor velocities often quite different from those obtained over the outcropping rock units near Woocalla siding. However two areas adjacent to a subsurface ridge of presumed Pandurra Formation near the eastern shore of the Lagoon have been outlined as having possible economic interest due to the interpreted stratigraphic relationships. Drill holes are recommended to test this interpretation.
