Cores yielded well preserved and diverse microflora of the Tricolpites pannosus zone of Albian (?) Cenomanian age. Core from Gason 2 reflects restricted, possibly swamp, environment, whereas the other cores represent lacustrine sedimentation....

Cores yielded well preserved and diverse microflora of the Tricolpites pannosus zone of Albian (?) Cenomanian age. Core from Gason 2 reflects restricted, possibly swamp, environment, whereas the other cores represent lacustrine sedimentation. Recycled Triassic sporomorphs are present in most samples.
