Rotary drilling to a maximum depth of 90m in alluvium covered areas in the west and southeast of the Reserve did not intersect any significant concentrations of Cu or Mo. A zone of weathered granodiorite in the southeast of the Reserve contains weakly anomalous Cu (100-200 ppm). An I.P. anomaly occurs 360m northwest of the geochemical anomaly. Weathered siltstones west of Area C contain anomalous Cu only within about 300m of the granodiorite-sediment contact. Several short cores of altered granodiorite were taken alluvium covered areas between outcrop. Sericitization is the dominant form of hydrothernal alteration.
