This report covers the first two stages of a proposed 3-stage pump test on Bore MI-1. Calculations using the Jacob and Theis methods have been used. Good agreement between the various drawdown curves indicates that the values used are reliable for the Snuggery area. The low Transmissivity of the Kongorong Sand precludes the use of this aquifer as an additional long term water supply for the local paper mills. A separate report will follow on Stage III of the pump test which is designed to investigate the underlying Knight Formation aquifer.
