A proposed Primary School will be constructed on thinly covered limestone in an area near caves and sinkholes. To avoid siting buildings on collapsible areas, a 601 station gravity survey was conducted on a 5 m grid. No near-surface voids were detected but the southern edge of the building site needs to be avoided be cause of solution sinkholes.
