Reports on part of major structural study. The mylonite zone has developed by progressive deformation and recrystal- lization of high grade gneisses during regional fold event. The micro- structural development corresponds with sequence of recrystallization from quartz to mylonite zone to mica within mylonitized gneisses, then feldspar within slaty mylonite within the zone.
