This report concerns the stratigraphic setting and palaeontology of nonmarine Mollusca to complement continuing investigations by R. A. Callen in Lake Frome and southern Strzelecki Desert, and to provide supporting data on palaeoecology and biostratigraphy. It includes palaeoenvironment of each formation and radiometric age, palaeobiogeography of the Mollusca, and systematic descriptions of 13 Quaternary and 13 Miocene Mollusc species, of which 19 are new.
