The intrusives are dominated by granite, N - S oriented diorite dykes up to 50 metres wide, and late stage aplitic and pegmatitic veins with variable orientation. A Middle Proterozoic age is indicated for some of the granitoids, which were probably intruded during the final stages of the Kimban Orogeny.
