69 holes (max depth of 10.5 metres) outlined 7.5 sq km of weathered lower Woolshed Flat Shale suitable for bricks. Thickest development is under and marginal to outliers of Tertiary sands suitable only as fill. Also Quaternary red clay is suitable as plastic component in brick blends. Further reserves identified in shale interbeds within upper Woolshed Flat Shale and lower Undalya Quartzite.
