Well preserved and diverse palynofloras were recovered from 11 of 14 drill cuttings samples. However, considerable contamination and reworking of palynomorphs from older to younger strata restricted attempts at defining a palyno-zonation. The recognisable assemblage samples correlate with Cadna-owie Formation, Bulldog Shale, Oodnadatta Formation, Winton Formation or Mackunda Formation.
