Rippability of the near surface material below the low water mark was determined for proposed excavations below a boat ramp. Excavation by backhoe should be possible, but 2 areas may be difficult. Basement depth contours were calculated to indicate the extent of the glacial valley which is infilled by Permian Cape Jervis Beds.
