Gravity traverses completed over the Blinman Dome indicate the presence of a low density body, interpreted to consist of brecciated material with a large depth extent. The bulk of the dismembered sedimentary rafts and xenoliths may be confined within the upper 750 metres of this body. Two gravity lows were examined in detail. The Alpana gravity low may indicate a zone of hydrothermal leaching. A gravity grid surveyed over the Blinman gravity low has delineated possible subsurface sediment rafts, and has indicated areas of near surface weathering.
