Comprises numerous small, discontinuous veins and pods scattered over 4 hectares. Host rock is faulted Elatina Formation feldspathic sandstone and to lesser extent Nuccaleena Formation dolomite. The barite is generally white but commonly contains quartz, iron oxides and inclusions of country rock. Careful hand selection may produce some industrial grade material. No production is recorded and reserves are small.
