This is a combined study of the regional geochemical stream sediment, regional aeromagnetic and Bouguer gravity data with special reference to possible Pb-Zn mineralised zones. The original Asarco geochemical data was statistically reprocessed and the results compared with the interpreted geophysical structures. Three possible Pb-Zn-Cu target areas are outlined, which are associated with major fractures within the Kanmantoo Group on either side of the overturned antiform containing Adelaidean metasediments. They are: - the EW Cu-Zn trend (Penneshaw trend) - an NE-SW Zn-Pb-Cu trend (Pigs Head Trend), - a minor Cu-Zn-Pb zone (Morella Trend). An anomalous tin zone (greater than 5 ppm) is associated with the Cape Willoughby Granite.
