The Border Groundwaters Agreement was ratified in 1985 by the SA and Victorian Governments to jointly manage groundwater resources within a Designated Area along the common State Border. A requisite for such groundwater management is long term monitoring of groundwater levels and quality to assess changes which result from groundwater extraction. An observation network has been established and regularly monitors groundwater levels and quality. This report includes data collected between June 1989 and June 1991.
