A wetland treatment aquifer storage/recovery scheme is operational at Regent Gardens housing development, Adelaide. Water quality monitoring of the wetland has been undertaken during 1994 to determine the relationship between turbidity, suspended solids, and other chemical parameters. The suitability of the wetland water for irrigation and aquifer storage has also been assessed. Due to the fact that the wetland is still developing, chemical parameter attenuation processes are less than expected.
