Water well 6628-13323 completed in Tertiary aquifer T1, and located on the Salisbury property of wool merchants and hide processors G.H. Michell and Sons (Australia) Pty Ltd, has an anomalously high groundwater salinity. Due to the increasing interest by this company in developing a source of groundwater, MESA was contacted in 1996 to make comment about the situation, and how possibly to rectify it.
